Guick - A cloud based ticket system

With guick you can:
- Create a ticket for each customer support request
- Assign it to a customer support agent which should be responsible for it
- Assign a priority depending on the importance of the request
- Add tags to the ticket to help your team organize the support
- Add attachments if necesary
Once a ticket has been created your team can reassign it to whomever is fit to help your customer, change its priority if needed, add comments so that others understand what the problem is. If your customer contacts your support team again any one of your agents can see the history of the ticket and reassure your customer that their problem is being handled.
