Guick - A cloud based ticket system

Guick is our cloud based ticket software as a service application. Feel your customer support is in a state of chaos? Customer unsatisfied by your response times? You need to track your customer requests with a simple an intuitive app.

With guick you can:

  • Create a ticket for each customer support request
  • Assign it to a customer support agent which should be responsible for it
  • Assign a priority depending on the importance of the request
  • Add tags to the ticket to help your team organize the support
  • Add attachments if necesary

Once a ticket has been created your team can reassign it to whomever is fit to help your customer, change its priority if needed, add comments so that others understand what the problem is. If your customer contacts your support team again any one of your agents can see the history of the ticket and reassure your customer that their problem is being handled.

The user has several views to look at the list of pending tickets. They can be shown according to whether the ticket is pending on the customers side or the agent, can show agents tickets, and several other criteria.

The ticket details view has a lot of information: a complete description of the issue, its priority and current status, who is it assigned to, what tags have been selected for the ticket (if any) and other useful data.

Comments can be added to a ticket so that the complete history of what happened to the issue can be later reviewed. Each comment is labeled by the username and datestamp that wrote it. If additionally the state, priority or who the ticket is assigned was changed this information is also shown.
